This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in the Department of Defense to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.



Duties
  • Plans, implements, administers, improves methods and resolves matters relative to the Official Mail Cost Control and classified functions, records maintenance and disposition actions.
  • Enforces DOD, Army, and Tobyhanna Army Depot regulations and organizational policy as pertains to local postal service.
  • Receives and consolidates requirements for the installation's non-printable forms needs.
  • Maintains records of official mail costs and expenditures by separate account, to ensure a complete audit trail.
