Associate SE - Majors

Role Overview:

-Associate SE in Majors West focused on developing business across our account base.

Responsible for engaging with prospective customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, crafting tailored solutions, and presenting product demonstrations to showcase how the Trellix's offerings address those needs. Collaborates closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Possesses proficient knowledge in a primary solution focus. Understands Trellix suite of products to support good technical or use case-based presentations. Answer technical questions clearly and concisely, and identify pain points that customers face. Be willing to learn and expand their knowledge in soft skills, business acumen, and support following the WoS - primarily in the Scope and Validate phase.

Learns and observes from sales/presales on how to execute opportunities.

Exercises judgement within defined practices to determine appropriate action. Impacts the quality of own work and the work of others on the team

Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn and requests/accepts feedback for improvement. Is coachable.

Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior team members.

Able to communicate value proposition of targeted solutions to prospect and customer and provides technical support in the area of expertise.

Able to engage with prospects and identify pain points and specific needs for the customer. Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Effectively conducts presentations/demonstrations around primary solution focus to prospective customers. Support OPP in the region following the WoS mainly around scoping and validation phase w/ the support of a more senior person Building awareness of business trends/threats/activities of their market

Able to communicate value proposition of targeted solutions to prospect and customer and provide technical support in the area of expertise.

Engages with prospects and identify pain points and specific needs for the customer. Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate Trellix in the market.

Builds stable working relationships with customers. Demonstrates intelligence, character, and coachability.

Manages workload following recommended priority and standard principles and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Takes ownership of the assigned activity.

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
