Duties
  • Takes action to recover affirmative claims in favor of the United States Government.
  • Serve as liaison for local United States Attorney's offices on litigation matters.
  • Serve as central point of contact in affirmative claims cases.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and instruction on processing methods, insurance carrier requirements and changes to laws and regulations.
