Surgery Scheduler HIRING ASAP

Description:
Providence Medical Institute is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to join join there team in West Hills. Candidate must be comfortable verifying insurance, processing referrals, and assisting with taking inbound calls and rerouting to appropriate department or teams.
Open or close the office, check the voice mail every day and call back those patients, take telephone messages and route them to the appropriate team, Check in patients, take insurance cards, verify the insurance, collect Photo ID's, and take payments, scan in any outside documents. Check-out give patients orders, give patients After Visit Summery, Phone Operator transfer calls to the appropriate department, make appointments, enter referrals, knowledge of CPT and ICD codes.
