Practice Specifics:

  • A 72-bed community hospital boasting a remarkable medical team of renowned physicians and specialists, advanced medical technology, and compassionate professionals
  • Emergency Department with 17 beds and an annual patient volume of 34,000
  • 5 shifts per day, ranging from 8 to 9 hours each
  • Approximately patients per hour (including patients supervised by APPs)
    • Comprehensive subspecialty support available
    • Utilization of the Cerner EMR system

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base rate + RVU compensation, with rates between $230/hr - $260/hr including night bonus and potential annual bonus
  • Path to full partnership and shareholder status in one year
  • $50,000 offered as a sign-on bonus
