- Must have completed at least one year of an approved Graduate Medical Education (GME) internship
- Current license to practice medicine in the United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico
- Completion of or board eligible for Infectious Disease Board Certification
- Between 21 and 55 years of age
- U.S. citizenship
