Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs for regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to enhance safety measures.
  • Provide HSE training to staff and contractors, emphasizing awareness and adherence.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to embed HSE practices into daily routines.
  • Manage hazardous materials disposal in alignment with environmental guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to drive continuous improvements.
  • Encourage employee engagement and promote a culture of improvement in HSE.
  • Provide guidance and support during HSE emergencies for effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HSE management, preferably in data center environments.
  • Expertise in HSE regulations, standards, and effective program development.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, CHST) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
