Financial Analyst – Charlotte, NC

Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to management. You will serve as the North American controlling contact for the Electronic Materials (EDM) global business unit and play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. As part of your role, you will also participate in various digitalization topics to drive forward ED North America's reporting capabilities and enhance efficiency.

Formula for Success

  • Serve as the North American controlling contact for the Electronic Materials (EDM) global business unit
  • Provide timely and accurate financial analysis & reporting to management including sales/profitability reporting, cost center analysis, financial forecasting, and supporting ad-hoc requests
  • Coordinate the Financial Reporting Compliance process for ED North America
  • Participate in various digitalization topics to drive forward ED North America's reporting capabilities
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions including communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related field
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus
