Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time, repetitive motion tasks, and exposure to bloodborne/airborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste, radiation, cuts/punctures.


Shift
Day shift, Monday-Friday. Typically, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Summary
The person in this position will assist dentist by doing four handed, chair-side, or expanded duty dental assisting.

This will also include preparing dental instruments and materials, clean operatories, help with patient flow in the clinic and other duties.


Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and customer service skills, dependability, communication, initiative.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Experience as a dental assistant preferred. Ability to speak and ready English and Spanish preferred.
