Vaco currently has a position available for a Controller in the Monmouth County area. For this role you must be able to work to resolve issues as needed, while meeting deadlines as well as being a hands-on manager, willing to get into the trenches with your team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all the financial activities of the corporation including preparation of current financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth.
  • Create financial reports, implement controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to coordinate priorities leading to profitable growth of the organization Advise senior management on financial issues.
  • Oversight of all banking relationships, monitoring compliance and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in a leadership role
