Student Services Advisor

Requirements for the right candidate:

• High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written). A level test will be carried out.
• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, or Education. (recommended).
• Student and people oriented: we look for someone who is attentive to the individual needs of our students.
• With social and communication skills.
• Organized person with the ability to work in a team.
• Proactive person, with the ability to offer alternatives to our students and with advanced knowledge of the office package.
• Candidates do not need previous experience, but they do need a positive attitude, motivation, and they need to be very keen to learn and develop with us.

Functions:

• Tutoring Undergraduate and Graduate students in different modalities: online, face-to-face, in English and Spanish.
• Mediating between the student and the university for any procedure.
• Assisting, motivating and encouraging our students to successfully complete their studies.
• Evaluating their needs and carrying out an exhaustive and individualized follow-up based on those needs.
• Making personalized study plans that help them achieve their academic goals.
