Intermittent RN Staff Nurse

Major duties include but not limited to:
Delivers fundamental knowledge-based care to assigned clients while developing technical skills.
Demonstrates real-world application of the nursing process requiring frequent oversight.
Uses collaborative strategies with all VASNHCS departments in order to maximize patient care.
Developing ethical practices, including ethically handling situations involving other individuals.
With supervision, delegates staff within their units on a continual basis (24/7), validates the daily patient classifications, and works with other Nurse Managers to identify and share resources
Uses guidance of others to evaluate own progress toward professional career goals.
