Individual will be responsible to oversee the sports outreach athletic training team and supervise outreach initiatives within the department.
The activities will include the oversight of education of the clinical AT team, interns, as well as oversight in other outreach projects.
Collaborate with the Manage of Sports Outreach and other operational leaders in the development of operational protocols/policies and workflows within our northern market.
This individual will utilize competent, evidence based practices while developing strategies to enhance the care of the student athletes.This individual will also assist their leadership team in the recruiting and retention on all AT's within the sports outreach department.
Responsible for precepting and on-boarding new AT's at their respective high school location as well as the physician clinic.Responsible for bi-weekly touch points with each AT to identify new initiatives that can be implemented across the orthopedic workflow.
This individuals serves as a liaison between AT and department leadership.Estimated salary range for this position is $ $ / year depending on experience.

Masters Licenses & Certifications: NATA
Certified Athletic Trainer Licensed Athletic Trainer Automated External Defibrillator Certification Basic Life Support Additional Qualifications:
MS in Athletic Training.
State of Florida Department of Health license in Athletic Training, certified by the National Athletic Trainer Association Board of Certification, Inc.
in Athletic Training. Professional, detail-oriented team player with effective interpersonal communication skills. Confidentiality a must. Proficient in computer applications and typing skills. Experience in electronic medical record systems preferred. Bilingual preferred. High ethical standards, HIPAA/OSHA compliance required.Minimum Required Experience:
