Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, execute, and report tests covering product requirements and use cases
  • Evaluate developers' work by identifying bugs and errors through testing
  • Collaborate with the development team to reduce bugs and ensure the product meets user expectations
  • Conduct manual testing when necessary and automate tests as much as possible
  • Document and communicate test results and findings with the development team
  • Suggest software improvements to enhance user experience and development efficiency

Minimum Requirements:

(Applicants must meet all of these criteria)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in QA auditing processes
  • 5 years of QA experience across various categories
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies and QA tools
  • Experience with Linux and android operating systems
  • Ability to code in C++, Python, Bash, ROS, or Java
  • Strong communication skills and a quality-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in FDA medical device development and auditing processes
  • Experience as a QA Lead or in Dev-OP and embedded system development
  • Proficiency in robotics or AI software
  • Experience with ROS and RTOS
  • Fluency in Mandarin for communication with international teams

Location: Pasadena, CA. This is an onsite position.
