Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire a Non-Certified Surgical Technician for our Operating Room who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Non- Certified Surgical Technician you will:

• Assists the Surgical Team in providing a safe, appropriate, and culturally aware patient care

• Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies

• Prepare the Operation Room with all the necessary supplies

• Properly sterilize required instruments and supplies

• Serve as surgical assistant as needed

• Assist in order and restocking Operating Room supplies and instruments

Qualifications include:

•High school or GED required

•Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program

•1 year hospital Operating Room experience preferred

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 06:30-17:00 with on-call included. Certification highly preferred; Position requires on-call shifts.
