Your role at Sephora:
As a Beauty Advisor, you play a crucial role in helping clients unleash the magic of beauty. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Comprehend clients' beauty objectives and suggest products to enhance their appearance and confidence.
  • Demonstrate Product Application: Display your proficiency in makeup methodologies and skincare rituals.
  • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Remain up-to-date on the newest beauty fads and Sephora's latest product offerings.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Establish a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
  • Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Engage in thrilling sales initiatives and promotions.
  • BOPIS and Client Service: Provide top-notch client services during order pickups.
  • Maintain Store Environment: Assist in upholding a tidy, well-stocked, and smoothly functioning store.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent retail experience is preferred.
  • Passion for customer service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and adept at multitasking.
  • Resilience and adept at handling situations on the spot.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Capability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.

The hourly pay starts at $22.38. Actual wages vary based on qualifications and experience, as well as other relevant business factors specific to the role or location.

Sephora now provides a Flex (on-demand) role for employees capable of working 0-19 hours per week, offering flexibility to manage work and personal commitments. This opportunity could lead to a more permanent position if you seek further growth.
