Opportunity Details:

  • Hosptial employed orthopedic surgery practice of 6 where physicians have the autonomy to tailor the practice to their preference
  • Generate 11K-25K wrvus annually
  • Perform surgeries at a 564-bed hospital with 14 ORs and a dedicated orthopedics support team. Mako Smart Robotics system is available
  • Benefit from high retention and an extensive network of referrals as part of the hospital's multispecialty physician group.
  • ER is designated as a Level II trauma center, 85K visits annually

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Financial package includes a base salary of $625K plus wrvu bonus
  • $50K signing bonus and $20K relocation assistance
  • Educational loan assistance and residency stipend available
  • PTO 30 days
  • CME $5K plus 5 days
  • Great benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance; long-term and short-term disability, critical illness, life insurance, reimbursement for Texas Medical License and more
  • Paid medical malpractice
