Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking a Business Operations Analyst, for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM). This is a fast paced position working out of Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

Responsibilities include:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Must have 2+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent (4+ years with AA, 6+ years with HS, 0+ year with MS)Must be able to obtain active DoD Secret Clearance.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying personalities across all functions.Experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail, coupled with effective time management and organization skills.Sound interpersonal skills for interfacing and coordinating with the company, personnel, customers, and suppliers.Capable of working independently, as well as within a team.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Ability to break down technical concepts into business terms.Previous experience balancing and delivering on deadlines.Stakeholder management and customer service experience; that includes excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).Experience with budgeting and finance for major projects.Strong presentation and organizational skills.Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $109530

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
