Summary Of Responsibilities:
  • Promotes and engages in the firm's mission, vision, and goals through project leadership
  • Focuses on Healthcare Projects of all sizes and complexities
  • Manages all aspects of architecturally demanding projects from small to midsize, from conception to completion
  • Develops project work plans with the team to ensure success
  • Serves as the primary client liaison to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Estimates fees, prepares proposals, and writes contracts
  • Provides expert input in marketing, design, and production meetings
  • Responsible for quality, schedule, and budget for design activities
  • Actively manages client budgets, schedules, programs, project communications, and documentation
  • Establishes and sustains client relationships, collaborates with governmental agencies
  • Observes project performance and coordinates workload through project completion
  • Strengthens market reputation through thought leadership and value proposition
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an NCARB accredited school
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic
  • Thorough knowledge of architecture practice and client expectations
  • Advanced knowledge of project design, construction documentation, administration
  • Ability to direct work efforts and lead client, contractor interactions
  • Experience with sustainable design, LEED accreditation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and engineering disciplines
