WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of the Engineering Team, responsibilities of the Avionics Technician will include troubleshooting, installation, wiring, and maintenance. You will also oversee the assembly of wiring harnesses, read and interpret wiring schematics, perform electrical checkouts of various systems, and be able to troubleshoot electrical issues. Other expectations may include:

Use hand tools and a computer-based job processing system to complete work
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues at bench assembly and on the aircraft
Creation and vetting of basic wiring schematics to help engineering and production
Interface with Engineering personnel and provide solutions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
