Description:

  • Part Time
  • Location - Germantown

Responsibilities:

  • Performs EKG's, holter monitor hook ups and assists cardiologists/physicians in performing cardiac stress and pulmonary rehab tests throughout the hospital. Must be able to work independently in performing these tests.
  • Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, sits with patients to provide a safe environment for individuals who need constant observation.
  • Provides one-on-one observation of selected patients for the purpose of identifying behaviors that are potentially hazardous to self or others. Documents patient activity.
  • Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.

What you will need:

Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months experience performing noninvasive, cardiology procedures.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and work experience required to provide comparable knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Ability to communicate and work with medical professionals.
  • Certified American Heart Association - BLS - required
