Aggregate Plant Manager - Andrews Quarry Compensation: Salary Range: $95, ,000.00 FLSA: Full Time/Exempt Bonus Eligibility: Annual STIP eligible, 10% MOTUS Relocation available Ready for a fast-paced job where you can provide the literal groundwork that connects communities together?Summit Materials consists of more than a dozen local companies that supply aggregates, cement, ready-mix concrete, asphalt paving, and construction services in the United States and western Canada.At Summit Materials, we support our teammates who lay the groundwork for our communities and live by our core values: Safety, Integrity, Sustainability, and Inclusivity.Overview We are seeking a safety oriented and experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a new marine limestone facility in one of our SC locations.This position is responsible for managing all parts of an aggregate production facility to include quarry development, operations, maintenance, crushing, screening, material handling and mobile equipment.Roles & Responsibilities Owning and facilitating leadership for an effective safety program Directing day-to-day operations of crushing, excavating, screening, stockpiling, load outs and scale operations Maintaining adequate knowledge and remaining abreast of the latest manufacturing techniques, equipment, and processes in order to manage, maintain and improve overall production.Developing and implementing daily safety inspections of the plant and quarry to spot potential risks/concerns and maintain compliance in safety and good housekeeping standards.Ability to comply with state and local environmental regulations and maintain environmental compliance.
