We are hiring a Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
Deal promptly and efficiently with guest complaints and needs.
Respond to and complete all work orders in a timely manner.
Complete duties as given by Chief Engineer.
Perform any necessary duties as assigned by management or Guest Room Supervisor including cleaning rooms or laundry operations during peak periods or when insufficient staff is available.

Assist in unloading delivery trucks.
Assist Maintenance Chief and perform chief engineer duties in their absence.
Responsible for the mechanical upkeep of the swimming pool.
Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance.
Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
Practice safety standards at all times.
Be able to move luggage or packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Employee must adhere to all work rules, procedures, policies established by the company, including, but not limited to those contained in the employee handbook.
Perform other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable.
