As a Finance Intern for our esteemed real estate company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the financial operations of the real estate industry.

This internship offers a unique chance to apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios, working closely with experienced professionals in various finance-related functions within our organization.


Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

Assist in conducting financial analysis for real estate projects, including but not limited to investment feasibility studies, cash flow analysis, and return on investment calculations.


Budgeting and Forecasting:

Support the finance team in budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting for real estate development projects and operational expenses.


Data Management:
Organize and maintain financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in databases and spreadsheets. Help streamline data collection processes to improve efficiency.

Market Research:
Conduct research on real estate market trends, competitor analysis, and economic indicators to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and investors, summarizing key financial metrics and performance indicators.


Ad Hoc Projects:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects, such as evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and implementing process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward learning.
  • Previous internship or coursework related to real estate finance is a plus

Compensation:
$500 per semester
