Role Overview

Join our team at Paramount Advanced Advertising, where we are revolutionizing advertising by combining cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and predictive models. We are on the lookout for a talented Data Scientist to be a part of our Product Science and Data Analytics team.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to analyze data that aligns with our business goals.
  • Work with product management and software development to implement data-driven strategies that enhance product performance.
  • Maintain and optimize existing prediction and simulation engines.
  • Conduct in-depth statistical analyses using SQL queries, data warehouse tools, and Python.
  • Present analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design and execute new statistical analyses to address critical business questions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficiency in applying data science techniques and common machine learning algorithms.
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a STEM field with at least 2 years of professional data science experience or a Ph.D. in a STEM field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, machine learning tools, and distributed databases.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for problem-solving and a knack for finding solutions to challenging problems.
  • Curiosity about data insights, exceptional critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in time-series forecasting and clustering models.
  • Background in media or advertising with a focus on digital platforms.
  • Ability to develop production-level data science code and use advanced data tools.
  • Agile and ambitious mindset focused on innovation within a dynamic environment.
