Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Landscape Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from intimate senior living/memory gardens to expansive multi-family developments and everything in between. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring creative and sustainable design solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop innovative landscape designs for various projects, including senior living/memory gardens, golf courses, playgrounds, country club pools and amenities, multi-family developments, institutional projects, and master planning initiatives.Prepare detailed design plans, renderings, and construction documents using industry-standard software.Conduct site analysis and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with project teams to integrate landscape architecture into larger site plans and architectural designs.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and expectations, and present design proposals and progress updates.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate the successful implementation of landscape designs. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical proficiency.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Knowledge of sustainable design principles and best practices.Experience working on a variety of project types, including senior living/memory gardens, golf courses, playgrounds, country club pools and amenities, multi-family developments, institutional projects, and master planning initiatives.
