The Highlights:

Provide office support at the LPC Document Services office. This includes answering phones, assigning tasks to delivery clerks, entering data into department database, running various reports, providing service and supplies to copiers as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from our department e-mail box assign tasks to clerks
  • Enter data and pull reports from the department PhotoApp database
  • Provide support to copier fleet
  • Inventory Control
