Landscape Maintenance Crew

Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a Foreman for our Residential Maintenance Department for our Clackamas location. Must be 18 years or older.

$1,000 Hiring Bonus after 120 Days

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with crew of 12
• Communicate effectively with management and customers.
• Perform all aspects of landscape care for accounts on your assigned route including mowing, edging, hand pruning, shearing, weeding, raking, leaf cleanup, irrigation, fertilizer application, and other necessary duties in contract.
• Operate various types of maintenance equipment using safe practices (various mowers, edger's, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruners, and hand tools)

Qualifications Foreman:

• 3+ years experience in landscape maintenance
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience
• Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to lead crew through maintenance route and take directions and receive feedback from supervisor
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, maneuver through client's property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer
• Have a valid driver's license

This is a 4 day per week, 10 hour per day position with occasional overtime.

Work week is Tuesday - Friday
