Exercise Physiologist, PT Day Shift, Wellness Program

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will:
•Develop individualized exercise prescriptions to increase strength, mobility, endurance and flexibility.
•Design customized adaptive exercise programs to meet the functional needs of individuals with medically complex diagnoses.
•Perform detailed fitness evaluations, needs analysis, and progress notes for all clients.
• Instruct clients on home exercise programs.
•Supervises and monitors all client progress, goals, and treatment plans through the course of program participation.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and/or equivalent required
• experience working with adaptive exercise programs preferred
• experience working with medically complex populations preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Possession of, or currently pursuing, ACSM certification (required)
• ACLS and BLS for Healthcare Providers program certification required with 30 days of hire

Tobacco and Drug Statement
Tobacco use is a well-recognized preventable cause of death in the United States and an important public health issue.
