About the Team
Join the dedicated Business Technology Go-To-Market QA team in the search for a Software QA Manager who will lead a team of QA Engineers. Your mission will be to ensure high-quality releases of Salesforce ecosystem and Adobe Experience Manager applications through innovative testing strategies and leveraging Tricentis tools. Collaborate with a team focused on enhancing automation coverage to boost QA efficiency and ensure top-notch releases of Go-To-Market applications.
About the Role
- Lead and guide the QA team to deliver top-notch software products and systems.
- Develop robust test automation using Tricentis Tosca and qTest tools.
- Implement standard methodologies for stable and efficient automation.
- Create modern QA strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee test plans and cases execution in an Agile environment.
- Engage in hands-on testing and test automation to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality.
- Stay updated on latest QA methodologies and tools for continual improvement.
- Contribute to quality and testing processes improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in QA and test automation with leadership background
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming using C# or Java
- Experience in Salesforce platform and Tosca or Selenium WebDriver
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong skills in test planning, design, execution, and automation
- Experience in DevSecOps and automated tests integration in CI/CD Pipelines.
- Knowledge of technical areas such as OAuth, Single-Sign-On, JSON, XML, AWS cloud services, REST Web Services, Postman, JIRA, and project management.
