Job Description
Lead and manage the entire project life cycle, from initial planning through construction and project closeout.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise to ensure projects stay on track.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and zoning requirements.Drive innovation and sustainability in project design and execution.Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in construction management, real estate, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate development.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices is a plus.Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
