The General Maintenance 1st Class position will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. A Maintenance 1st Class will also perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a windows-based computer system. Ability to read blue prints and schematics is preferred, along with basic trouble-shooting skills. Previous hotel experience preferred.

The hourly pay range for this position is $29.55/HR - $36.94/HR

  • Able to work a variety of shifts - AM, PM & Overnight
  • A minimum of two years building maintenance experience is required with electrical and hotel experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficient in computer skills
