About the Position

Falcon is seeking a skilled cosmetics professional to lead our Research and Development department. The R+D Director will be responsible for spearheading the development of top-tier nail polish formulations and driving product innovation. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of polish formulation and a passion for creating groundbreaking products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform Marketing concepts into scalable formulations
  • Drive product innovation through creativity and testing new ideas
  • Source innovative raw materials to enhance product performance
  • Lead a team of chemists to develop new products and enhance existing ones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful formulation scale-up
  • Manage team members, provide support, and foster growth
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
  • Enhance product testing processes to ensure quality and stability

Qualifications

  • Degree in chemistry, engineering, or related field
  • Experience in nail polish formulation and product development
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams
  • Knowledge of cosmetics regulations and quality assurance

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
