AB Private Credit Investors ("AB-PCI") is the $17+ billion direct lending platform of AllianceBernstein. We provide flexible financing solutions primarily to private equity–backed companies and directly to private equity funds managed by leading sponsors. We also make equity co-investments alongside our sponsor relationships.

Collaborate with in-house counsel to correspond with outside counsel or other external counterparties, as required.
  • Selected Fund Level Reporting: Maintain selected fund level and legal entity documentation and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • strong organizational skill
  • strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • proactive, resourceful, and self-starter mindset
  • the ability to work independently and as well as a part of a team
  • the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment
  • general knowledge of corporate finance and/or contract law
  • in-house or law firm experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or executive assistant
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or Associate's degree in paralegal studies
  • You must be able to combine strong attention to detail and accountability with the ability to work in a collegial, but high-paced environment
  • Work Quality/Productivity: Consistently produces high-quality, accurate, and thoughtful work in a timely manner. Demonstrates an ownership mentality, with consistent attention to detail, accountability to timelines, and proactive approach to managing legal, regulatory, or process risks. Demonstrates ability to manage multiple assignments and handles pressure well. Prioritizes tasks and is well organized.
  • Initiative/Work Ethic: Self-starter, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. Takes ownership of projects, is decisive and drives the process, but also knows when to ask for help. Strong project management skills.
  • Teamwork: Tactful and diplomatic professional, with unquestionable integrity. Establishes effective relationships with team and counterparties. Responds quickly and accurately to requests.
