Responsibilities

Performs a variety of clerical activities related to the business or operations of Prairie Care. Internships provide students the opportunity to explore various roles in a healthcare organization. Students work directly with their supervisor to participate in a wide variety of tasks and focus areas. Internships will focus on non-clinical assignments but still may involve direct patient contact. Internships may involve opportunities in the business office, development office, finance, human resources, admissions and scheduling, housekeeping, site operations, receptionist.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Hours: 0.2 FTE

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00am - 2:00pm

May - August



Qualifications
  • Requirements will vary depending on area of assignment. Must be enrolled in high school, or actively pursuing post-high school education in a technical or academic track.
