We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer for a great client in the Houston Texas area

This position provides technical support for our in-house developed Natural Gas Measurement System (CMS). The primary

support focus is providing support and assistance to the Natural Gas Measurement & Material Balance (MMB)

group. This position supports business users, participates in all relevant change management activities, and is

responsible for overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.

A successful candidate will interact with core business users and work as an integral team member of our CMS support team. The Senior Systems Analyst will work effectively with minimal supervision; maintain ownership for specific system function(s) and/or set of business users, facilitate communications between the business and IT, assist with all relevant

change management activities, and deliver excellent customer service.

responsibilities:
Support existing CMS business application by troubleshooting issues, analyzing possible cause, defining

solutions, and working through defined change control processes to enable quick resolution.

Work directly with end users and business analysts to understand new/changing business requirements and functional enhancements as requested.

Develop technical specifications, develop and/or test solutions in support of business requirements.

Facilitate and coordinate end user support by timely acknowledgement and completion of initial bug triage and assessments.

Acquire and maintain system and business knowledge needed to support both end users and other internal or external technical teams.

Support custom interfaces, system enhancements and ETL processes as required.

Support large installed base of stored procedures, and views.

Participate in large IT projects when needed.

Industry knowledge: Natural gas Measurement & Material Balance. Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience is required.

3+ years of experience Natural gas industry experience preferred, but not required.

5+ years of experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise commercial applications is required.

Understanding of client server environments/architecture and Citrix.

5+ years of experience developing and supporting SQL-based applications is required.

5+ years of experience PowerBuilder development experience, 2021 and/or 2022 preferred.

5+ Experience with SQL Server 2016 and above is required.

3+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL is preferred, but not required.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technology staff.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

strong problem solving, analytical decision-making skills.

Self-motivated team player with vision and initiative.

May require rotational shift for after-hours business support and/or technical maintenance.

Must be able to travel up to 10%.
