Practice/Organization Details:

  • Extremely flexible schedule options include 7-on/7-off or 3-on/4-off with other possible arrangements considered
  • Not mandatory to live in the area - the other ED provider lives elsewhere
  • Need is due to a recent retirement of a long-standing provider
  • Low annual volume that saw around 4,500 visits in 2023
  • No admissions or rounding required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Employed position with a salary of around $400,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes all types of insurance, retirement, and more
