*This is a hybrid role and will require 2 days a week onsite at our Greenwood Village, CO location*

Position Summary:

The Executive Business Partner – CFO (Chief Financial Officer), CLO (Chief Legal Officer), and CTrO (Chief Trust and Security Officer) coordinates and manages essential business activities to help ensure all departmental functions are effective and efficient. They advise on special projects and help facilitate strategic initiatives as directed by the CFO, CLO, and CTrO from conception through execution, attending to the minute details while staying attuned to the macro vision of business operations. The Business Partner assists and communicates with C-Staff in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage special projects, including event planning and execution
  • Manage CFO, CLO, CTrO and certain additional executives from Finance, Legal and Trust & Security calendar and daily schedule
  • In collaboration with Executive Business Partners for Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief People Officer, schedule Board of Directors and Committee meetings and assist with meeting preparation and facilitation, especially for in-person meetings
  • Assist CFO, CLO, CTrO with meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-up
  • Serve as a sounding board to CFO, CLO, CTrO
  • Facilitate complex, cross-departmental discussions
  • Collaborate on Finance, Legal, and Trust & Security-related company communications with Corporate Communications
  • Manage CFO, CLO, CTrO and certain additional executives from Finance, Legal and Trust & Security travel schedule and accommodations and prepare and submit expense reports

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least eight (8) years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
  • Ability to plan and align work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
  • Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to complex situations
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information with an extremely high degree of care

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $98,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
