Director of Provider Relations and Credentialing Manager Job Overview:
Provider Data Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and technical duties that support the credentialing functions.

This position works with the team to ensure timely and accurate entering of providers information into the SHP data tracking system.


Responsibilities & Duties:
Enter newly contracted providers into the provider database based on data received via contracting and credentialing reports Manage provider group data by periodically reviewing rosters and updating the provider database Perform periodic data entry audits; develop and report on productivity and accuracy metrics Participate in work groups and committees Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned Completing and maintaining all CAQH profiles for all providers Ensuring that re-credentialing and revalidations are completed timely to prevent any lapse in enrollment Updating and maintaining National Provider Identification files for providers The loading and timely maintenance of credentialing and billing information in the billing and Credentialing/enrollment system Communicating with hospitals, payers, providers, and other entities to quickly and accurately obtain or provide information beneficial to the credentialing or enrollment needs of the organization Maintaining knowledge of current health plan and agency requirements for credentialing Ensuring practice addresses are current with government and commercial health plans, agencies and other entities Maintaining confidentiality of provider information

Qualifications:

Must have High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Must be able to work at a workstation for an extended period Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills both written & verbal Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize & meet deadlines Must be super detail oriented and self-driven Compensation:
