French Teacher

Lake Highland's Middle School seeks a French teacher to instruct students according to the prescribed LHPS curriculum for the French courses assigned to the teacher. Anticipated courses include Middle School French, French I, and French II. The teacher will perform related teaching tasks and functions such as planning, research, curriculum alignment, assessment, and record-keeping in an efficient and effective manner. As needed, the teacher will also willingly participate in the school community and student co-curricular activities.

This is a full-time, fully benefitted, 10-month position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Certification or qualification to teach in French or related area in grades 6-12.
• Minimum of two years teaching experience required.
