Summary

The Assistant Planner is responsible for supporting and participating in the planning process. The scope of responsibilities will cover retail, wholesale and e-commerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with planning managers and sales on strategic business analyses, such as new product launch and price optimization.
Work with Planning Managers to automate weekly selling reports by streamlining RPAS planning process.
Partner with MIS to audit customer data transmissions for accuracy.
Create Business Object reports to help facilitate inventory management and other planning functions.
Learn and understand Net Position Application (NPA). When necessary, assist with replenishment buys and analyses.
Participate in the market process: assist with class plans and post market recaps.
Other tasks as directed by management.

SKILLS
Knowledge of data analytics and information systems preferred

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/MIS, Business, Finance, or related field
Knowledge of Excel and Business Objects required
