YOUR ROLE
Are you known for your attention to detail? Do you enjoy working in a team environment? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to provide essential tasks in one of our safe and efficiently operated warehouses.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks and duties.
• The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management.
• The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management.
• The current opening will be focused on the ensuring the various types of training programs for associates is completed.
• Distribute work assignments to hourly staff pertaining to quality responsibilities.
• Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
• Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.
• Ultimately, the role of the training coordinator is to oversee all development.
• Facilitate training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information to training supervisor and HR.
• You should also be familiar with the instructors, equipment and educational material requirements for each training session.
• Provide necessary information about training sessions with Training Supervisor, management and HR.
• Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills.
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work independently.
• Experience working in similar role in manufacturing, transportation or warehouse setting.
• Team player/detailed oriented.
• Ability to perform physically intensive labor including the associate is regularly required to talk; hear; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel; reach with hands and arms; be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk for periods of time and stand for periods of time.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Must be able to perform duties in a warehouse environment while working closely with others, working well in busy conditions which may be noisy at times.
• Ability to take direction and work in accordance to set standards of performance and safety.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
