Join Our Team as a Sterilization Technician

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Sterilization Technician to become part of our team. As a Sterilization Technician, you will have a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our dental practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment with proper techniques and solutions
  • Set up treatment rooms for patient procedures by organizing instruments, materials, and equipment
  • Manage inventory of sterilized instruments and supplies
  • Follow infection control protocols and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Assist in maintaining accurate patient records, including medical coding
  • Collaborate with the dental team for efficient workflow and patient care
  • Perform regular maintenance on sterilization equipment
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
  • Proficiency in using dental software systems
  • Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control
  • Understanding of medical coding practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
