Full-time nanny for our one-year-old daughter

Mom and dad work, dad is starting new job and need some help with 9&10 year old girls after they get off bus until after school care is set up.Watch our 2 daughters until mom gets home from work on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for 2 hours.Will try to find sitter on their bus line so they can get dropped off or if in home would be easier?
