Job Description:
Directs, develops and manages product/pricing/delivery/research/channel strategies for a category of products or service level. Responsible for full product marketing cycle for specified product categories. May be responsible for hiring, managing, training and developing associates.
Requires a thorough knowledge of Practice Solutions business unit's functional area and working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Manage, grow and deepen relationships from a corporate level with external/internal COIs, associations and affinity partnersSupport partner to Sales Division Executives, RBDOs, EBDOs and LOB Executives to ensure uniform communication on strategies and initiativesManage marketing budget for sales team to participate in national, regional and local eventsCoordinate and executive educational seminars and networking eventsResponsible for presentation of COI performance updates to COIs, Sales Division Executive and LOB executivesSkills:Client experience and focusCollaborationAccount ManagementAdaptabilityProblem solvingOral CommunicationRelationship buildingBusiness DevelopmentKnowledge of Product and ServicesBusiness AcumenKnowledge of Brand guidelinesMarketingAbility to presentClient and COI Management ReportingRequired Qualifications:Knowledge and experience with Practice Solutions Products and ServicesAbility to analyze reports and trendsStrong communication and presentation skillsProficient with excel and power pointExcellent verbal and written communication skills Strong decision-making and problem solving skillsDesired Qualifications:Self-motivated and results-orientedExcellent organization skillsExperience deepening relationshipsCollaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationshipsCommunicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable self-engagingEfficiently manages time and capacityHas the ability to learn and adapt to new information Marketing experience Is confident in identifying solutions Displays passion and commitment to being a support partner Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activitiesShift:1st shift (United States of America)
