Foreman - Restoration
The Foreman is responsible for assisting the Production Manager in the field on large reconstruction projects. Scheduling, coordinating, supervising the work at the jobsite, managing equipment/materials, and ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist the Production Manager on the project life-cycle for all projects.
Interact with customers throughout the job including on material selection
Interact with Vendors and subcontractors to review and maintain quality repairs
Pull all required permits
Schedule and meet Inspectors at the job site
Procure material for the job site
Adhere to project schedules.
Approve purchase orders
Visit job sites every week throughout the life cycle of the job.
Update systems with Photo's and notes
Assist with the collection of all necessary documentation at the close of the job.
Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses.
Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and smart phones
Customer Service Skills
Communication skills
Learn and operate our primary operating systems
Answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
Work independently and in a team environment
Oversee employees on a job site
Coordinate multiple jobs within the same time frame
Work in complex environments
Maintain a level of confidentiality
Preferred Education and Experience
Industry certifications (IICRC and Lead)
Experience in RMS, Xactimate and Symbility
Physical Requirement
Constantly move through job sites; stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces, etc
Occasionally requires a ladder to complete jobs
Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
Frequently will lift up to 60lbs
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
