Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities. The International EPAWSS program, starting with the Japan Super Interceptor, will deliver cutting edge EW technology to key international partner warfighters as part of a broader, aggressive, F-15 modernization plan. This is the first exportable delivery of the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) to a foreign customer, including integration with in-country industry partners.

Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a projects or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

  • Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks
  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgement in the performance of PM duties
  • Actively manage customer relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
  • Ability to obtain a SAP/SAR Clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $232210

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
