Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club is seeking a Pool & Beach Supervisor. Embark on an enriching and fulfilling career path with an iconic luxury hospitality brand at one of the most exceptional destinations in the Miami Beaches.

Join Our Team

The Pool & Beach Supervisor is responsible for the smooth operation on the pool deck and the beach area for our guests, including the planning and scheduling of the shift at hand, the efficiency of service and positive guest experience all through the highest Four Seasons standards.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ideal applicant will have solid knowledge of the immediate area and will possess strong communication skills. Applicants are required to have previous experience in a related position. Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous.
