MD or Foreign Equivalent; Completion of ONE training pathway:
Completion of a Four-Year Neurology Residency Program and Completion of a Vascular Neurology Fellowship Program-OR-Completion of a One-Year Internal Medicine Training Program; Completion of a Three-Year Neurology Residency Program; and Completion of Vascular Neurology Fellowship Program.
B/C in Neurology; B/E or B/C in Vascular Neurology; Possess or be eligible for a Louisiana State Medical License. Employment at multiple worksites is required.Mail CV to:
