Our client, a large Real Estate Firm, is looking for a payment processor to assist with mailroom operations. Candidates who wish to be considered will need to be within driving distance of Irving, TX to accomodate the onsite role. Responsibilities

Pulling checks per Transmittals, SVR, and Check 21

Scan checks and backup confirming the quality of images

Index and QC images of checks and check backup

Mail processing, opening, sorting and batching checks

Adhere to all required company and client-driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs) along with Checkroom specific deadlines.

Mailout of daily checks to clients
